CALENDR
multi-btand appointment scheduling platform
A self-hosted business scheduling platform for consulting and service teams managing appointments across multiple brands, shared availability and changing timezones.
02 · THE CHALLENGE
MORE BRANDS.
MORE BOOKING COMPLEXITY.
Consultants working across several businesses often manage separate booking links, duplicate availability settings and scheduling conflicts. Travel adds timezone confusion, while manual coordination slows down client appointments.
One person should not need multiple conflicting calendars just because they represent multiple brands.
03 · CORE CONCEPT
ONE PERSON.
ONE AVAILABILITY SOURCE.
CALENDR calculates available appointment times around the host, not around each individual brand.
Every branded booking page checks the same host schedule, existing bookings and travel rules. When a slot is taken through one brand, that time is no longer offered through the others.
This is a working local demonstration, not a live production scheduling service.
04 · KEY FEATURES
FIVE WAYS TO SIMPLIFY SCHEDULING OPERATIONS
A closer look at the appointment booking workflows, shared availability and business operations features behind CALENDR.
01
ONE AVAILABILITY. MULTIPLE BRANDS.
Set availability once for each host. Separate branded booking pages draw from the same schedule, so a booking for one brand blocks that time for the others.
02
TRAVEL-AWARE SCHEDULING.
Add travel dates and a destination timezone. Available hours follow the host’s declared location for that period, then return to their regular schedule.
03
SLOT HOLDS & BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
A five-minute hold protects a selected slot while a visitor completes the booking form. Confirmation rechecks availability to prevent overlapping bookings.
04
TEAM EVENTS & ROUND-ROBIN.
Create one-to-one or team event types. Round-robin rules can assign available hosts using priorities, weights and current booking load.
05
WEBSITE EMBEDDING & INSIGHTS.
Prepare inline or popup booking widgets for brand websites, and review aggregate booking activity through an admin dashboard. External-site embedding still needs live verification.
05 · TARGET AUDIENCE
MADE FOR TEAMS WORKING ACROSS BRANDS

06 · PRODUCT STORY
NOT ANOTHER SINGLE-BRAND BOOKING LINK
CALENDR was designed around a specific operational problem: the same consultant may represent several brands, but their time cannot be duplicated.
The project combines brand-specific booking experiences with person-level availability, travel-aware scheduling and a self-hosted architecture.
The prototype has been tested locally with fictional demo data. Production deployment, live calendar and email integrations, and a known client-portal access-policy issue require further work before commercial launch.
07 · FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01
What is CALENDR?
CALENDR is a self-hosted, multi-brand appointment scheduling web application designed for teams that manage booking pages across multiple businesses or brands.
02
How does CALENDR avoid double bookings across brands?
Each host has one shared availability source. A selected time receives a temporary hold, and booking confirmation checks for overlaps in a database transaction.
03
Can CALENDR manage appointments across different timezones?
Yes. Hosts can define travel periods with destination timezones, while visitors see available times in their own timezone.
04
Is CALENDR available as a ready-to-use subscription?
No. CALENDR is currently a locally tested project, not a production SaaS product. A tailored deployment may be discussed after required security fixes, integration verification and project scoping.
