02 · THE CHALLENGE
Your numbers are there.
The answers aren’t.
An established workbook can be a reliable record without being a useful decision dashboard.
Scattered records
Mixed currencies and ownership
Decisions without a model
Gross balances alone do not reveal what belongs to the owner or is available to use.
Cash extraction and investment choices need tax estimates, buffers and comparable scenarios.
Cash, P&L, investments and mortgages live across different sheets and reporting periods.

06 · PRODUCT STORY
Not another
accounting platform.
FINNANCE was shaped around a simple reality: business owners may already have the data they need, but not the view they need to make decisions.
Rather than requiring a migration into a new accounting system, the demonstrated solution puts a purpose-built, private interface over a real, long-maintained spreadsheet. Its value lies in connecting company finances with ownership, personal liquidity and forward-looking scenarios, while keeping the underlying record in place.
It is a custom implementation, not a self-service subscription product.
07 · FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does FINNANCE replace accounting software?
No. It is a private reporting and decision-support interface for an existing spreadsheet, not bookkeeping, invoicing, bank-feed or statutory-filing software.
Will FINNANCE change the source workbook?
The demonstrated implementation reads workbook data through read-only access and does not write back. A new client workbook would need a separate mapping and implementation.
Can FINNANCE help compare ways to extract company funds?
Yes. It models four extraction routes and estimated tax and cash impacts. Figures are planning estimates, not professional tax advice.
Is FINNANCE available as an off-the-shelf SaaS subscription?
No. The demonstrated product is a working single-owner deployment. A new business would require a scoped custom implementation.
