API Integration Design and Development

Most modern business platforms expose application programming interfaces that allow data to be read, created and updated by external systems. When two platforms have compatible APIs, it is possible to create an integration that moves data between them automatically, without human intervention, on whatever schedule or trigger is most appropriate for the business process it supports. A new customer created in the CRM appears automatically in the accounting system. An invoice marked as paid in the accounting system updates the corresponding deal status in the CRM. A new employee added to the HR system triggers the creation of accounts in the productivity tools they will need.
